Officially produced with Tractor and Machinery Magazine this video records the highly successful Tractor and Machinery Roadshow event which was held in November 1998 at Elsecar in South Yorkshire.

The splendid setting of nineteenth century industrial buildings was the perfect backdrop for the event which brought together a range of working vintage farm machinery, a Concours d’Elegance of the finest tractor restoration and a trade show of books, models, spare parts and everything else that the enthusiast might need. Among the highlights featured in the video are a 1937 Ferguson Brown competing in the ploughing match, a full set of vintage Porsche tractors, the only custom Rockoll B-77 in Britain, a Case T50 lifeboat tractor, the restoration of which was featured extensively in the magazine, and the winner of the UK Classic and Vintage Concours d’Elegance Tractor Championship - a superb Allis Chalmers model A which has been owned by the same family since it came to Britain during World War II.
