Time lapse of tidal river to aid planners

Primetime has been approached to produce a time lapse of the tidal movements of the river Witham through Boston and compare it to a speculative equivalent, were the river to be have a dammed. We produced the film above as an indication of tidal movements to help councillors and local businesses realise the full potential of this area of Boston and the dream for regeneration in this area.
